Lingchong Hu · 胡凌冲
Biography

Lingchong Hu (胡凌冲) is the founder and CEO of Iterant AI, a Delaware C-Corp building the intent layer for AI. The thesis is structural: the input surface — the moment a user is still half-forming what they want — is the most under-built piece of the AI stack. Iterant operates upstream of the assistants everyone else is building.

Trained at the University of Pennsylvania in the MCIT program (class of 2025), Lingchong Hu studied databases, AI, and big-data analytics — CIS 5500, CIS 521, CIS 5450 — earning the formal training to stop being a "non-technical founder" in any conversation that mattered.

Earlier work: marketing lead at KeploreAI, where the recommendation to verticalize around the Chinese automotive sector was not taken; independent COO of an esports scouting venture across CS2 / Valorant / MOBA; solo founder of Zhihu Radar, an information-aggregation product for study-abroad audiences that shipped to an audience that — as it turned out — barely existed on the platform chosen. Each of those is documented honestly on the work page.

Lingchong Hu operates in English and Chinese (中文), is based in Philadelphia, PA, and is open to introductions to investors, operators, and engineers thinking about the input layer of AI.
